Job Description
- Basic knowledge on Network troubleshoot of User Endpoints.
- Strong understanding of MS Office-Word/PPT/Excel.
- Excellent knowledge of local IP based Printer or Scanner installation, paper jam issue or printing options & ability to troubleshoot the integration issues.
- Basic knowledge of backup tools Like SCDPM or any storage tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot Hardware or OS Issues such as Slowness,Hanging Data recovery,Motherboard and SMPS related issues.
